Until now if you wanted to create a metallic effect it meant a special spot colour for each one with significant additional costs. Combining metallic inks with full colour wasn’t really practical or cost effective.

Now you can achieve an almost infinite range of metallic colours using MetalFX. As a MetalFX licensee we can offer the full range of special effects and colours simply by overprinting CMYK or Spot inks over a special MFX silver or gold base ink.

Images such as cars or jewellery really shine using MetalFX to bring the subjects to life. It is ideal for marketing literature where you want to create something different without breaking the bank.
